The word is SUCK IT ALL UP.
You have to learn to suck it up when you are dissapointed.
You have to learn to suck it up when you can't get along with a bestfriend's significant other.
You have to learn to suck it up when you hate the work.
You have to learn to suck it up when you can't get what you want.
And you'll definitely have to learn to suck it up when you're heartbroken.
